Who we are
Latitude60 Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through Here4.uk and here4offers.com. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14841042, with a registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@here4.uk.
What information we use
Here4 introduces the Here4 family of websites and selected offers. Depending on how you use these websites, we may receive:
- information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address and message; and
- limited technical and security information, such as your IP address, browser details, referring page and server logs; and
- for campaign visits, an advertising click ID where one is present, the page you visited and a referral ID if you choose to follow an onward offer link.
You do not have to provide personal information simply to browse a Here4 homepage.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond when you contact us, operate and secure the website, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. For campaign visits, we also use limited information to understand which introductions were followed and to account for referrals. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a safe and useful website and measuring those introductions, and on legal obligations where the law requires us to use or retain information.
Who may receive it
Our website hosting, security and technical-support providers may process limited information where needed to operate and protect these websites. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to do so. We do not sell personal information collected through Here4.
Other Here4 websites
Here4 links to separate websites. When you follow one of those links, that website’s own privacy notice explains how it uses information. This notice applies to Here4.uk and here4offers.com.
Campaign referral links
Some Here4 pages introduce an independent enquiry service or retailer. If you choose to follow one of those links, we record the visit and pass a referral ID and, where present, an advertising click ID through our tracking service to the onward website. These IDs help us measure the introduction. The onward website may ask you for information directly; please read its own privacy notice before you provide it. Here4 does not collect your enquiry form answers on the campaign page. Product links may pass a referral ID through an affiliate network, which helps the retailer and network attribute purchases. The retailer and affiliate network have their own privacy and cookie notices. Here4 does not collect your order or payment details on the landing page.
How long we keep information
We keep messages and technical records only for as long as we need them, including long enough to deal with security issues, legal duties or complaints.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict how it is used, and receive a copy in a portable form. These rights do not apply in every situation.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object to our use of your information. Email privacy@here4.uk to make a request. We normally respond within one month.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, by calling 0303 123 1113, or by writing to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
Cookies and changes
These websites use only the essential cookies and similar technology needed for them to work. Cookies stay within the website you visit. Our equity release and car finance campaign pages carry an advertising click ID, where present, in the onward link without setting a separate campaign tracking cookie. If our use of personal information changes, we will update this notice and the date shown above.
